After we have received your order, we will email you to confirm the birthstone color, clasp choice, bracelet size, and the name and order for each bracelet strand. Please check out the corresponding pages for more information on our various selections.

Gemini Gems knows you are looking forward to receiving your new personalized bracelet. We make every effort to ship out the bracelets within 10 days of receiving your order. If you need your bracelet by a certain date, contact us and we will make sure it ships out in time.

We understand it's not always easy to estimate the correct size when ordering a bracelet as a gift. To help in this situation, Gemini Gems offers free re-sizing within the first 60 days of purchase. There is no additional charge or hidden fees for any sizing up or down - - we only request that you cover the return postage cost of $2.00.
